Title: Customer Service Advisor
Contract: 12 months
Location: Sheffield, UK (on-site)
Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality administrative support within a dedicated administration team, ensuring that operational data, documentation, and reporting requirements are completed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with company's policies, procedures, contractual obligations, and relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Execute all administrative duties in support of operational and business requirements.
Perform daily administrative tasks including operational data validation and updates across relevant software systems.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in accordance with documented procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance measures.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, traceable, and compliant records and documentation in line with contractual and legislative obligations.
Protect company's business interests by ensuring all administrative activities are completed strictly and appropriately.
Handle confidential information in line with Data Protection legislation and escalate any concerns immediately to the line manager.
Comply fully with all Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.
Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports as specified by the line manager.
Provide administrative support including minute-taking, report preparation, and correspondence management.
Complete all administration tasks relating to operational sites and facilities to the required quality standards and within agreed timescales.
Understand the specific administrative requirements of individual sites and deliver relevant support accordingly.
Maintain accurate data input and administration within business-critical systems, including but not limited to ECHO and WIMS.
Process workbooks, timesheets, and related documentation in line with business rules and agreed SLAs.
Demonstrate and uphold company's values in all aspects of the role.
Ensure full compliance with all company's policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management at all levels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience working with large data sets and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Flexible approach to work, with the ability to support additional ad hoc tasks as required.
Ability to work across multiple locations, including remote working and site-based offices where required.
Strong IT skills, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, including at least intermediate-level Excel.
Desirable
Administration qualification or equivalent professional certification.
