Assistant Site Manager – Residential New Build
Location: Eastbourne
A well-established residential housebuilder is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a new build housing development in Eastbourne.
Working alongside the Site Manager, you will help manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring homes are built safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:

Support the daily running of a residential construction site

Coordinate subcontractors and site trades

Monitor health & safety and quality standards

Assist with plot completions and customer handovers

Help maintain build programmes and site records
About you:
-
Experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential new build projects

SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (or working towards)
-
Organised, proactive, and confident on site

Looking to progress within residential construction
