Bathroom Fitter / Multi-Trade Operative (Plumbing & Tiling)

GMS Adaptations Ltd is looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter / Multi-Trader to join our growing team, covering Sussex and surrounding areas within a 50 mile radius of Newhaven (Bognor → Rye → up to Epsom).
NO London work. Immediate start available.
This is long-term, stable employment – not short-term contracts.
Work Includes:
• DFG level access showers
• Full bathroom refurbishments
• Void refurbishments
Duties:
• 1st & 2nd fix plumbing
• Full bathroom installations
• Wall & floor tiling
• Wet rooms & level access showers
• Patch plastering & making good
• Basic carpentry (boxing-in, doors, etc.)
Package:
PAYE
• £35,000 – £45,000 per year (DOE)
• Company van + fuel
• 28 days holiday (increasing to 29 days after 5 years service)
• Overtime available
• Long-term, secure workload

• £160 – £220 per day (DOE)
• Weekly payments
• Long-term pipeline of work
• Materials supplied

Requirements:
• Strong plumbing & tiling experience
• Proven bathroom fitting background
• Own tools
• Full UK driving licence
• Good customer manner
• Able to work independently
