T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for an Office & Finance Administrator to join our Client on a permanent basis in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
This is a fast-paced busy role, working within an open plan office so will suit someone who can multitask, has a practical mindset and can retain knowledge well. The role is 50% Accounts duties and 50% Administration duties, experience isn’t essential as the Company offer training for the right person.

Office & Finance Administrator Job Duties;

Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
-
Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes, resolving any discrepancies
-
Assisting with the maintenance of the purchase ledger
-
Supporting payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid in line with agreed terms
-
Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with invoice or payment queries
-
Assisting with month-end accounts processes as required
-
Maintaining organised and compliant financial records
-
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager
-
Raising and processing purchase orders
-
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries
-
Supporting asset management, including maintaining asset registers
-
Assisting with inventory control
-
Raising invoices for the hire companies
-
Supporting general office administration, record keeping and undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Office & Finance Administrator Person Specification;

Previous experience in an office administration role with finance exposure would be desirable

High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally

A polite, friendly and approachable manner

Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritise use initiative to solve problems
