We are currently recruiting for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Advisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys working to targets, and is eager to maximise their earning potential.
As a Telesales Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling warm enquiries and booking sales appointments for our Sales Demonstrators. There is no cold calling involved in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner

Converting customer enquiries into booked sales appointments

Promoting products and services over the telephone

Accurately updating customer information on the CRM system

Achieving daily, weekly and monthly call and appointment targets

Following up on quotations and maximising post-appointment sales opportunities
Skills & Experience Required

Minimum of 6 months’ experience in outbound sales, telesales or telemarketing

Confident, engaging and professional telephone manner

Excellent verbal communication skills

Resilient, self-motivated and able to handle rejection

Ambitious, competitive and target-driven mindset

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Weekend working on a rota basis (typically 3–4 weekend days per month)

A day off during the week when working weekends
