About the Role
A growing operation in Leeds is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative with proven Team Leader experience to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in high standards, and is confident supporting and guiding others when needed.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out day‑to‑day warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and stock movement

Support the shift lead with coordinating daily tasks and ensuring smooth workflow

Maintain accurate stock records and follow company processes

Uphold health & safety standards across the warehouse

Assist in training new starters and acting as a point of contact on shift

Operate warehouse equipment (training provided if required)
What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse experience is essential

Demonstrated team leader or supervisory experience

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 3 on / 3 off rotation

A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
