We are recruiting Care Assistants to join a newly registered Nursing and Residential Care Home in Spalding. The service provides high-quality permanent and respite care, including specialist support for people living with dementia, within a welcoming, purpose-designed environment.

The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
You will:
Provide compassionate support with daily living activities
Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
Promote choice, dignity, and respect in all interactions
Observe, record, and report changes in residents’ needs
Maintain accurate care documentation
Work positively as part of a professional and supportive team
Experience in dementia care is beneficial, but the most important quality is a genuine commitment to high-quality care.
What We’re Looking For
A caring, reliable, and compassionate individual
Experience as a Care Assistant in a care home setting (desirable)
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
Medication training (advantageous but not essential)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
