Customer Service Administrator - Rotherham – up to £27,600
Chase & Holland are working closely with a dynamic, rapidly growing business who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a full time permanent basis. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for all ensuring product delivery in line with customer demand. We’re looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills.

Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer and product data to meet legal, technical, and customer requirements
Manage new product introductions and ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and stock information
Troubleshoot and resolve distribution and delivery issues, including damaged goods, P.O. discrepancies, and late deliveries
Oversee returns, claims, and invoicing to control costs and ensure accurate financial reporting
Process orders via Sage 50, 3PL, and customer portals, monitoring stock levels and ensuring OTIF compliance
Support export sales and EU customers, including Brexit-related certifications and freight scheduling
Produce reports and insights for sales and operational teams to drive continuous improvement
Required skills and experience:
Experience in a similar role
Commercial and business acumen
Problem solving skills – identify issues and present solutions
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail, methodical and investigative approach
Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals
