We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Support Assistant to join a friendly early years team in Warrington.
About the Role
As a Nursery Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with qualified practitioners to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5. You’ll support play-based learning, help plan engaging activities, and ensure every child feels valued and included.
Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day running of the nursery and assist in activity planning.

Encourage children’s development through play and learning experiences.

Ensure a warm, welcoming and safe environment at all times.

Work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively with parents.

Help maintain cleanliness and organisation within the setting.
About You

Passionate about early years education and child development.

Friendly, patient and supportive in your approach.

Reliable and able to work well as part of a team.

Ideally hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (or working towards it).

Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check.
