Cherry Professional is delighted to partner with a respected and socially conscious professional services firm to recruit a Practice Assistant working within their Health, Advisory and Legal division. This role offers flexibility to be based in either Nottingham or Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client queries and internal communications
Manage workflow through shared services and ensure all tasks reach completion
Maintain CRM systems, client protocols, and support business development activities
Coordinate meetings, events, diaries and travel arrangements
Produce high‑quality documents and manage correspondence
Support billing, financial processes, WIP management and expense handling
Complete online applications, manage data rooms and ensure compliance across files
Provide flexible support to the wider team and assist colleagues where neededWhat We’re Looking For
Experience in a legal or professional services environment
Strong document management and Microsoft Office skills
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach
A passion for delivering high-quality service within the health and advisory sector
