DMBC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Duties
Assist with data entry tasks related to recruitment, on-boarding, and employee records maintenance.
Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing applicant tracking systems.
Utilise Salesforce and social media management tools to promote job openings and company initiatives.
Provide administrative support for HR projects, including preparing reports and correspondence.
Facilitate communication between HR and other departments to ensure policies are understood and adhered to.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Assist in organising training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related events.Skills
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Salesforce and social media management tools is desirable.
Previous administrative experience within a human resources environment is preferred.
Familiarity with HR software applications such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Workday will be advantageous.
