We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support across multiple communication channels, ensuring customer enquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing system

Resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards

Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, and company policies

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges

Assist customers with placing orders through an e-commerce platform

Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective and timely resolutions

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role (retail or call centre preferred)
