A leading national manufacturer based in the heart of Altrincham have an exciting new vacancy for a proven Customer Service professional with experience looking after a portfolio of Customer accounts. Market leaders in their field, with a combined turnover of £50 million, they have ambitious continued plans for growth and need a further team member to join them.

Managing your own set of key accounts, handling any stock, supply chain and distribution queries

Liaising with wholesale customers regarding large value orders

Taking details of bulk order details, keeping customers informed of order delays and any faults in products via the supply chain team.

Supporting Area management with any stock/ad-hoc reporting

Advising customers of new product ranges and sending samples

Attending regular meetings with the Area sales manager to discuss forecasting, dormant and slow-moving stock and any other sales admin requirements.

Assisting sales admin team with order processing when required
Hybrid working, 3 days in, 2wfh – MUST live locally to Altrincham
