We are looking for Customer Service agent / Appoint maker to work for a Legal claim’s client in Rossendale.
The role is office based Mon - Friday 9 am - 5pm

Working in a call centre environment
You will be calling back customers who have made inbound enquiries and already in the process of receiving a claim.
You will clarify details with them , and book them in for a hearing test to validate their claims.
Our client secures compensation for ex-servicemen and UK veterans based all over the world.
They may be eligible for Hearing loss damage claims if they suffered during service.
Its no cold calls and very easy to secure the bookings.
Working from the CRM
Training is provided
Previous call centre experience is required.
You have the potential to make £500 – 1000 a mth comms easily by just converting warm inbound enquires into appointments
