Pay rate: £13.33 - £13.50ph
Shift pattern: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8.30am- 5.00pm – Hybrid
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor
• Handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues at first contact where possible
• Producing standardised management information and basic reports
• Updating customer records accurately using internal systems
• Ensuring all interactions meet company quality standards and service level agreements
