We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join their team.
The main purpose of this Production Operative role is to work as part of a busy dispatch department.
In return, our client is offering a permanent contract, paying £12.71 per hour on a 40-hour week, plus extra company benefits & paid overtime.
This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 6am - 2pm one week and 2pm - 10pm the following week.
Your responsibilities will include:
Packing materials to their different specifications
Accurately picking and packing for multi destination delivery campaigns.
Processing job bags correctly through ERP system to ensure despatch area remains organised
Accurate labelling and identification of every package.
Loading of outbound vehicles.
The ideal candidate:
Must be physically able to undertake the heavy lifting that is required.
A high level of customer service is also expected.
Good attention to detail and high level of organisation are vital.
Must be a good team player with great communication skills.
Flexible approach and ability to do overtime where required.
Excellent time keeping.
Can work on their own and use initiative.
