We are seeking an experienced, motivated and focused candidate to join a successful and expanding business based in Luton. The successful candidate will work as an Finance Assistant/Payroller undertaking the below responsibilities:
To prepare and submit monthly payroll data to outsourced payroll company
Maintain and update payroll files including any changes or adjustments
Conduct reporting and payroll analysis and perform final checks before approval
Reconciling payroll reports
Coordinating with HR regarding any employee changes
Ensuring all payroll deadlines are met on a monthly basis
Review and process expenses including credit card expenditure
Post and reconcile payroll and expense journals
Support with PAYE, NIC, pension and statutory payment reporting through the relevent provider
Assist with year end Payroll processes including P60s and P11ds
Assist with month end payroll reconciliations
Support with finance audits with payroll docs
Ad hoc support to the wider finance division
Required Skills, Abilities and Certifications
AAT or similar qualification
Excellent Excel skills
Detailed orientated and analytical
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Experience with payroll coordination and process
Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider
Be a good team player, but also able to work well individually
Proccess driven and well organised
Experience with ExpenseIn, Payescape, SAP or similar systems
