We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Operative to join their busy production site in Wellingborough. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Pay & Working Hours
·£13.00 per hour
·Overtime paid at time and a half
·Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30
·Friday: 06:00 - 12:00 (early finish!)
Key Responsibilities
·Operating production machinery
·Packing and assembling products (manual handling/heavy lifting involved)
·Moving, stacking, and wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
