Near Horsham - own transport essentialOur client is seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated Garden Centre / Horticultural Operatives to join their busy team located on the outskirts of Horsham (own transport required due to location).
General Duties
You will be working across greenhouses, production areas, and warehouses that produce a wide range of horticultural products, including bedding plants, flowering pot plants, and themed container displays. This is a physically demanding role involving regular bending, lifting, and carrying.
Tasks include:
Operating potting machinery
Packing plants and flowers (bulk and individual)
Loading pallets and vehicles
Moving and spacing plants within greenhouses
Re-potting plants as they grow
Checking labels are correct and presentable
Watering and deadheading plants and flowers
Manual handling throughout the roleWhat We Are Looking For
