ARB Technical Delivery Architect - High-End Residential Projects
Location: London zone 1
Salary: £50,000- £55,000
A small, ten person dynamic team based in London specialising in high-end residential architecture is seeking an experienced Architect to join them. The projects push the boundaries of design while maintaining a strong technical focus. They are currently looking to expand team with a highly skilled Technical Project or Delivery Architect to take ownership of key aspects of projects from design development through to full tender and construction packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical development of high-end residential projects from concept through to completion, with a particular focus on tender and construction packages and being on site weekly for delivery and completion.
Work collaboratively within a close-knit team, providing technical expertise and support across all stages of project delivery.
Produce detailed, accurate, and fully coordinated technical documentation using ArchiCAD. A technical tender package will be required to apply for this role and show your level of detailing.
Ensure that all designs comply with relevant regulations, sustainability standards, and quality benchmarks.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring smooth communication and project progression.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a strong focus on delivering high-end residential projects in the UK.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD - you must be comfortable producing high-quality technical drawings and detailed construction packages.
A strong portfolio that includes a full tender/construction package created by yourself for a high-end residential scheme.
Solid understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and detailing for luxury residential architecture.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to work effectively within a small team.
Desirable:
Experience working on projects with complex technical challenges and bespoke designs.
Experience with high-end bespoke detailing and luxury finishes.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
Knowledge of sustainable building practices and innovative design solutions would be a bonus as well.
