The Role
Leading day‑to‑day despatch operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time
Managing and developing warehouse teams across multiple functions.
Overseeing goods‑out processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service
Maintaining stock integrity through effective systems use and regular checks
Driving continuous improvement across workflow, productivity, and safety
Working closely with production, customer service, and the wider logistics teams to keep operations running smoothlyWhat's on Offer

Proven experience in warehouse or despatch management, ideally within FMCG, Food/Fresh Produce, or high‑volume fulfilment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams.
Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
Confidence using warehouse systems and working with performance data
A background in Continuous Improvement projects would be ideal.
