Hours: 37 per week (flexi start time)
Key Purpose of the Job:
To conduct and complete all administration tasks related to key clients within set timeframes, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Be the First Point of Contact: Liaise directly with customers via email and telephone. ☎️
Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with key customer and supplier contacts.
Invoicing Responsibility: Handle monthly invoicing for customers and assist in resolving account queries. 💼
Collaborate with National Account Managers: Address and resolve customer service issues and account profitability concerns.
Database Management: Keep information up to date, create and close sites, and log calls.
Cross-Department Liaison: Create reports on timelines, deadlines, and costs for customers.
Chase Installations: Ensure jobs are completed within timeframes and customer SLAs.
Assist Customer Service: Help resolve customer complaints effectively.
Support Installation Team: Prepare installation packs for key customers.
Utilise Various Databases: Work with Protean, web-based programmes, and MS Office.
Service Agreement Compliance: Collaborate with account managers to ensure all agreements are met.
Key Holder Information Update: Maintain Sentinel with up-to-date key holder details.
Annual Leave Cover: Step in for the strategic accounts team when needed.Essential Requirements:
High level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines. ⏳
Proactive approach to meeting the demands of key customers.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong administrative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical clients.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
