We are an eminent organisation bringing a refreshingly positive approach to the minefield areas of Health and Safety and Employment Law. Our services also incorporate Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos Surveys, CDM, & Health & Safety Training.
We're seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our friendly team based in Yeadon, working with clients across the UK, providing expert advice and support to help them manage their Health & Safety responsibilities. As our Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our clients receive an exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Uploading of work received into our database.
Taking calls, both from external clients and internal consultants.
Processing of training documents.
Collating data for O&M manuals.
Issuing consultants work to clients by uploading to the online portal and email.
Banking cheques and notifying accounts of payment received.
Adding of E-Learning training and liaising with accounts to invoice.
Producing training certificates.
Weekly invoicing for completed jobs.
Updating client files and folders.
About You:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
