Job Title: School Administrator
Location: All through school, East London
Employment Type: Full-Time – 8.30 – 4.30pm
Start Date: January/February 2026 – Long term placement
Salary: £15 per hour
Pay type: PAYE or umbrella
About the Role:
anzuk Education is recruiting for an experienced and proactive School Administrator to work in an all through school located in East London. We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated and hard-working with experience in a school office in the UK and an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
This is a long-term full-time role starting ASAP. We will accept candidates with a maximum of a two week notice period.
Key Responsibilities:

Look after the main school reception and handle general enquiries

Greet visitors appropriately ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed

Operate the school telephone system and manage the reception email inbox

Support attendance monitoring processes and liaise with parents regarding student absence

Maintain student records and provide admin support to the SLT

Manage incoming and outgoing post

Provide administrative support, including filing, word processing, and managing electronic communications

Requirements:

Minimum two months of experience working in a school in the UK

Enhanced DBS on the update or be willing to apply for one at registration with ANZUK
