Our client based in Witham is seeking Production & Warehouse Operatives to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent contracts for the right candidate. This role offers a choice of two shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm or 2:30pm–11:00pm, with both full-time and part-time hours available. Optional Saturday overtime may also be offered.
The Role
The successful candidates will support the team across a variety of duties, including cleaning, production and general warehouse tasks. The role requires reliability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Duties Include:
• Carrying out cleaning duties in designated areas
• Supporting production tasks as required
• Assisting with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing and stock handling
• Adhering to all Health & Safety and company procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Successful candidates will have:
• Previous experience in production, warehouse or industrial work desirable
• Ability to follow instructions and work to efficiency targets
• Flexible, proactive and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours: 6:00am–2:00pm or 2:30pm–11:00pm
Salary: Up to £12.90 per hour
Overtime: Optional Saturdays available
