As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school office, providing support in a number of areas ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school reception.
Duties include, but not limited to -
Complete front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls
Liasing and reporting to the office manager, school business manager and the headteacher in some instances
Access and manage student records using the in house system
Assist with attendance records and maintaining accurate pupil data
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events
Support with administrative needs of school staff, such as photocopying, filing, data entry and all other correspondence To be considered for this role, you will need -
Previous experience as a School Administrator or within a similar environment is essential
SIMS experience
Arbor experience
Willingness to adapt and learn
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Abilitiy to work alone but also as part of a fast paced team
Proficient Microsoft Office skillsA full enhanced DBS is required for this role, which can be done through ourselves.
