Description
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to legal teams.
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Assist with client communication, ensuring a professional and courteous approach.
Maintain and organise legal files and records accurately.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all documentation.
Support the wider Secretarial & Business Support team as needed.Profile
A successful Legal Secretary should have:
Previous experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role within the legal or business services industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
