Adore Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a respected and fast-paced water and asbestos laboratory, who are looking for an Administration Assistant to become a key part of their growing team.

The Role
Working closely with the Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Attention to detail is crucial, as you’ll be responsible for handling important scientific data and client documentation.
Your day-to-day will include:

Booking laboratory samples accurately onto the company portal

Preparing and issuing professional scientific reports to clients

Managing incoming post and correspondence

Typing, scanning, and organising key documentation

Answering calls and acting as a friendly first point of contact

Providing general administrative support to a busy and supportive team
No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys being hands-on and involved.
