About the Role
Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 or small‑group basis
Assisting teachers with tailored learning activities and classroom support
Helping to maintain a calm, structured and inclusive environment
Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour
What the School Is Looking For
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD etc.)
A patient, resilient and empathetic approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Reliability and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to pupils' individual needs
