Supportive and people-focused cultureWe are partnering with a national training provider who is looking to appoint an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach to deliver HR and CIPD qualifications to senior professionals across the UK.
This apprenticeship is tailored for professionals in HR and people management roles, including:
Head of HR / Learning & Development / Organisational Design
Employee Experience Manager
Head of People Operations
People / Change Manager
Senior HR / L&D / OD ConsultantKey Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training and coaching sessions remotely to apprentices, ensuring content is engaging, interactive, and tailored to senior-level professionals
Provide guidance and mentorship throughout the apprenticeship, supporting apprentices in achieving their knowledge, skills, and behaviours (KSBs) in line with standards
Design and adapt learning experiences to accommodate different learning styles, levels of experience, and professional contexts
Monitor and assess apprentice progress, including reviewing assignments, portfolios, and practical workplace evidence, providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learner performance, attendance, and development using the organisation’s e-portfolio and reporting systems
Collaborate with employers and internal stakeholders to ensure apprentices’ workplace learning aligns with programme standards and business objectives
Support apprentices in preparing for End Point Assessments (EPA), including reviewing readiness and providing guidance on evidence requirements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods, sharing best practice and supporting innovation within the HR apprenticeship team
Identify and address any learning or workplace challenges proactively, ensuring apprentices receive the support they need to succeedAbout You:
CIPD Level 5 qualification or above – essential
Vocational competence and extensive experience in HR, People, or Learning & Development management
Proven ability to engage and inspire senior professionals through effective training and coaching
Strong organisational and remote delivery skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse group of learners
