Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A good working knowledge of HR at Administrative/Coordinator level
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Familiarity with basic HR policies and procedures
Attention to detail and error checking skills
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
Previous experiencePreferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Prior experience in HR administration or office support roles is advantageous
Relevant certifications such as CIPD min level 3 Other Requirements:
Ability to commit to the duration of the temporary assignment
