Customer Service Coordinator - Chelmsford
Full-Time | Temporary to Permenant| Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm
Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Adecco is proud to be recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of a well-established company that provides essential services to the healthcare sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in coordinating schedules and ensuring customers receive a professional and responsive service.
What you'll be doing:
Managing incoming telephone enquiries in a polite, professional, and effective manner.
Coordinating work schedules for Field Service Engineers, including deliveries, collections, repairs, and safety inspections.
Maintaining accurate records and updating databases.
Liaising with healthcare professionals and service users, some of whom may have communication challenges.
Prioritising workloads and managing time effectively in a busy environment.
What we're looking for:
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication skills and a good command of English.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident IT skills, including Word and database management.
A positive, "can-do" attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Chelmsford (on-site role)
