Responsibilities:
As our Shipping and Warehouse Coordinator, you will:
Manage the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation
Oversee inventory management and warehouse organisation
Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders for timely deliveries
Prepare shipping documents and track shipments
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience in shipping and warehouse coordination
Strong understanding of import/export regulations
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:
Experience with inventory management systems
Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping regulations
Previous experience in a fast-paced logistics environment
Relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management
Technologies:
