Warehouse Operative – £24,000 – Leamington Spa
We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Leamington Spa. This company produces specialist cleaning equipment and operates a small but efficient warehouse team of four.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a friendly, close-knit team, with no heavy lifting involved.
As a Warehouse Operative you’ll be dealing with:
Stock Management: Keeping track of inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels.
Picking & Packing: Preparing goods for dispatch with care and attention to detail.
Stores Support: Assisting in putting assembly equipment into stores.
Forklift Work: Using a forklift to move stock safely around the warehouse (training can be provided).
Basic ERP System Use: Updating stock levels and orders using the company’s warehouse management system (training provided).
What we’re looking for in a Warehouse Operative:
Previous warehouse operative or stores experience preferred.
Basic IT skills to use the company’s ERP system.
A forklift license is a bonus but not essential (training can be arranged).
Strong attention to detail and an organized, methodical approach to work.
Someone who enjoys working in a small team and takes pride in their work.
The Warehouse Operative Details:
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM (no weekends!)
Early Finish Fridays: 2pm
Location: Leamington Spa
Work environment: Small warehouse team of 4 (2 in dispatch, 2 in stores)
