What the job involves

Helping with cost plans, estimates, and commercial reports

Supporting senior QS staff on live projects

Preparing valuations, variations, and contract documents

Assisting with subcontractor accounts and procurement

Attending project meetings and contributing to day‑to‑day commercial tasks
What we’re looking for

A degree (or working towards one) in Quantity Surveying or similar

1 years plus experience in Quantity Surveying

Good with numbers and detail

Willing to learn and ask questions

Clear communicator and reliable team member

Some industry experience is helpful but not essential
