An exciting and urgent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Administrator to join a major project delivery team on a live construction site in Rickmansworth. This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator with strong document control experience within the built environment.

The Role
As Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the project team by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant administrative and document control support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project delivery team

Managing and maintaining project documentation in line with company and client requirements

Operating and maintaining Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), including SharePoint
-
Ensuring version control, document accuracy, and audit readiness

Supporting site-based teams with coordination, reporting, and general project administration
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience as a Project Administrator or Document Controller within the built environment (construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or similar)

Strong working knowledge of EDMS systems, particularly SharePoint

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Confidence working in a fast-paced, site-based project environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
