Customer Service Administrator – Permanent – Full Time - £25,720 - Liverpool
Forrest Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to act as first point of contact for customer queries and providing administration support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

Act as the primary point of contact for all consumer enquiries.

Deliver accurate, relevant information to resolve consumer queries through both written and verbal communication.

Develop and maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of company products.

Build effective working relationships across the business, representing the team in a professional and positive manner.

Maintain accurate records and track customer service history.
-
Resolve order-related enquiries efficiently and within agreed timescales.

Answer incoming telephone calls, including overflow calls from reception.

Manage and maintain an effective filing and tracking system.
-
Ensure all customer care standards and requirements are consistently met.

Produce and distribute daily departmental reports.

Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Provide reception cover during sickness, holidays, and scheduled breaks.

Manage and oversee the company tuck shop facilities.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential. Some fantastic benefits are also available!
