HR Administrator - North Liverpool | Temporary | Full-Time | £14.10 per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing organisation in North Liverpool as a HR Administrator. This is a temporary ongoing, full-time role working with a small, friendly, and dynamic HR Shared Services team.
Due to ongoing expansion, the business is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in HR administration—particularly within on-boarding processes. Experience in a Shared Services environment is highly desirable.

Duties include:

On-boarding new starters - producing offer letters, contracts, references, booking on site medicals

Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing accurate and timely administrative support

Deliver comprehensive HR administration across multiple sites and departments

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies

Support managers and staff with guidance on HR policies and best practices

Prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Collaborate with the wider HR team to meet organisational and departmental objectives

Assist with the coordination and delivery of HR projects and initiatives

Manage confidential employee data with integrity and discretion

Communicate with employees and managers via phone, email, and in-person to provide HR support
