Job Responsibilities
Lead property design and delivery projects.
Manage large teams and supplier relationships effectively.
Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational standards.
Engage and communicate with stakeholders.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Extensive experience in property services leadership within a complex organization.
Membership with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
Proven history of managing large teams and supplier relationships.
Nice to Have:
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
