Are you an experienced Legal Secretary who wants to work in a leading and growing law firm?
This multi-office and growing law firm are looking for a Legal Secretary, ideally with experience in the conveyancing sector. You will join a friendly, professional team providing essential administrative and secretarial support.

The Role
File management - opening and closing of case files
Producing a range of documents (including audio-typing letters) – a high attention to detail is required,
Liaising with clients and answering general queries via email, over the phone and face-to-face
Working collaboratively with the other Legal Secretaries
Required Skills:
Highly organised and communicative with previous diary management skills
Previous Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant experience, or secretarial support in a property sector
Document and case management experience
Audio-typing skills
