Administrator – Financial Services
Full Time | £25,000 – £28,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive Administrator to join a collaborative and forward-thinking business that truly values its people. You’ll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly while being part of a team that believes relationships matter just as much as results.
The Role
This is a pivotal support role within the practice, working closely with accountants and managers to ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently and clients receive an excellent service.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing client correspondence via email, phone and post

Preparing, formatting and maintaining documents, reports and compliance paperwork

Maintaining accurate records and organised filing systems

Assisting with Companies House submissions and client onboarding

Diary management and appointment scheduling

Supporting the wider team with general office administration

Credit control duties
About You

You’ll ideally have:

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
