As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be managing your own clients within a region of the UK, supporting an external account manager.
Duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator:
The front line of contact for customers - answering, monitoring and responding to incoming calls, e-mails, live chats and responding to enquiries from customers.
Complete all sales support administration tasks accurately and effectively including processing sales orders.
Provide accurate quotes and resolve any queries efficiently.
To provide administrative support to the External Account manager and team on a general basis.
Website - processing of orders via website and encouraging people to use web order facilities.
Raise returns and collections.
Skills and experience required for the Customer Service Coordinator:
Previous experience of Customer Service, Coordination and Administration.
Good organisational skills.
Excellent customer care skills.
High level of concentration and excellent attention to detail.
Confidence and experience to develop the role and make it your own.
