Executive Assistant to CEO | Remote - ideally Midlands based | Salary: Circa £50K + 10% bonus
A private equity owned based are seeking an experienced, proactive and meticulous Executive Assistant to support their busy and fast paced Chief Executive Officer on a full time, permanent basis working fully remotely with occasional travel to their London and Northampton offices. The successful Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing first class Executive support to the CEO and other executives on an ad hoc work basis.
Day to day to duties:
Manage the schedule of the CEO
Complex calendar management
Plan and manage all international and UK travel
Attend meetings in person or virtually with the ability to take accurate minutes
Preparing for and managing meetings, including organising actions and follow-up.
Managing expenses
Preparing presentations and documents in a timely and efficient manner
Organise team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
Build and maintain excellent relationships throughout the immediate team
Attend occasional events with the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting with networking
Ad hoc project support
The successful candidate must have solid Executive Assistant experience, ideally having worked in a global, private equity owned business at C-Suite level. You will have strong diary management skills and you must have international travel coordination experience. You will be calm, methodical, professional and have an ability to communicate with people at all levels.
