Procurement Assistant
Location: kenilworth, CV8
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
We are seeking a motivated Procurement Assistant to join our growing team. You will support purchasing and supply chain operations by sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source goods/services, negotiate prices, and resolve supplier issues
- Raise and track purchase orders
- Maintain supplier database and manage relationships
- Support stock control in office and engineers' vans
- Report on departmental KPIs
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and commercial teams
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Confident, proactive, and professional
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Procurement experience
