The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start a career in marketing within a fast-paced recruitment environment. You’ll support day-to-day marketing activities, help promote vacancies and services, and contribute to brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with creating and posting content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Support the promotion of job vacancies and recruitment campaigns

Help manage and update the company website and job boards

Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM updates

Create basic marketing materials (adverts, brochures, presentations)

Monitor engagement and performance of marketing activity

Support events, networking, and employer branding initiatives

Work closely with recruiters to align marketing with business needs
Skills & Requirements

Educated to degree level (marketing, business, communications or related subject preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Interest in marketing, digital media, and recruitment

Confident using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, or similar tools is an advantage
