At *Yorkshire Primary Care*, we're passionate about building brighter futures for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). We're opening a brand-new *therapeutic solo placement* home in *Bradford* — a safe, nurturing environment where young people can feel supported, respected, and empowered to thrive.
We’re now looking for an *inspiring leader* to help shape and grow this new service from the ground up.
*Your Role*
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the home — creating a warm, structured, therapeutic environment where one child can truly feel safe and cared for.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead and inspire a small, skilled care team
* Oversee care planning and daily routines
* Maintain full compliance with safeguarding and Ofsted standards
* Build strong, trusting relationships with the young person, team, and professionals
* Ensure the home is always inspection-ready
*What You’ll Need*
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential care setting
* At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willing to work towards it)
* Deep understanding of trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches
* Resilience, compassion, and a child-first mindset
