Yorkshire Dental Suite Leeds—our flagship, state-of-the-art *7-suite private clinic*—is seeking a motivated and skilled *Dual Lead Dental Nurse* to support the smooth running of our clinical team.
This role is ideal for an experienced nurse with strong clinical abilities, especially in cosmetic and implant dentistry, who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities within a fast-growing, high-end private practice.

*About the Role:*
As a Dual Lead Nurse, you will work alongside the Lead Nurse and Management Team to ensure the practice runs efficiently day-to-day. You’ll help coordinate the nursing team, maintain clinical standards, and support surgeries across cosmetic, orthodontic, and implant procedures.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Support leadership of the nursing team across a busy 7-suite clinic
* Maintain high standards of infection control and clinical compliance
* Assist with cosmetic, implant, and general dentistry procedures
* Help oversee rota organisation, training, and daily workflow
* Deliver exceptional patient care and support the overall patient journey
