KT & Coe Recruit are seeking a motivated customer service professional to join a very stable customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for clients.
What you’ll do:

Answer guests' questions via phone, email and chat.

Process bookings and upsell extras for a stress-free holiday.

Support park owners to ensure they receive the best possible service.

Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Customer service experience, ideally in a call centre.

Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

A goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
