As our L&D Trainer for Customer Service, you will design and deliver engaging, practical training programs that empower colleagues to excel in every customer interaction. From onboarding new starters to developing advanced skills, you will ensure our team is equipped to deliver outstanding outcomes.
This is a Permanent part-time position based in Bromley for 3 days a week.
Your day to day will include

Design and Deliver Training: Create blended learning programs covering compliance, complaints handling, vulnerable customer support, and sales through service.

Coach for Success: Provide one-to-one and group coaching based on call listening and performance insights.

Analyse and Innovate: Conduct learning needs analysis and build programs from scratch using modern techniques.

Collaborate: Work closely with senior leaders and the UK Learning and Development team to align training calendars and mandatory requirements.

Evaluate Impact: Monitor training effectiveness and report on KPIs to demonstrate success.
This is a part time 3 day a week opportunity, any days accept Fridays. Start times are flexible from 8.30am to 9.30am. There maybe the opportunity to work from home occasionally and dependent on work.
What we require

Proven experience in designing and delivering training within a customer-focused environment.

Strong coaching and facilitation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Knowledge of modern learning techniques and LMS systems.

A proactive, positive mindset with a passion for developing people.

Ability to influence at senior level

Financial Services experience is highly desirable but not essential if you understand working within a regulated environment and managing vulnerable customers.
What we offer you

Basic salary up to £40,000 per annum for 3 days a week
