The role – Learning Support Assistant
I am currently working with a friendly and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Barnet that is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant on a full-time basis. You will support students with additional learning needs both inside and outside the classroom, deliver targeted interventions, and assist with emotional and behavioural support where required. Working closely with teachers and the SEN team, you will help create an engaging and supportive learning environment tailored to individual student needs. The successful candidate will be patient, flexible, and enthusiastic about making a difference. Experience within a school setting or supporting SEND students is highly desirable.
